Outrageous Warm
Chicken Nacho Dip
14 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis, such as Rotel, drained 1 lb Processed Cheese, such as Velveeta, cubed 2 large cooked boneless skinless chicken breast halves, shredded 1/3 c Sour Cream 1/4 c diced Green Onion 1-1/2 tbsp Taco Seasoning Mix 2 tbsp Minced Jalapeno Pepper 1 c Black Beans, rinsed and drained |
Place diced tomatoes, chicken, cheese, sour cream, green onion, taco seasoning, and jalapeno into a slow cooker. Cook on high, stirring occasionally until cheese has melted and dip is hot, about 1-2 hours. Stir in black beans and cook 15 mins until heated through. |
